Our help desk provides critical end user support to your hotel guest. This support is 24/7 and assists the guest in getting connected to the internet. Property owners pay a per room per month fee for the provision of 24x7x365 end user support. We do not limit the number of calls nor do we limit the duration of the call. We generate monthly usage reports and document all help desk calls, these reports are web based and may be accessed by the hotel manager at any time.
